On October 19, 2025, the Autumn Team-Building Activity, hosted by the Business School Branch of CUFE Alumni Association and organized by the Business School Finance Club, was successfully held. More than 20 participants, including graduate alumni of the Business School from different graduation years, majors and occupations, as well as current students, attended the activity and spent an unforgettable time in the warm autumn sun.

The activity was held to enrich the outdoor life of graduate alumni and current students, break the monotonous rhythm of daily work and study, and actively advocate a healthy and dynamic lifestyle. Through relaxed and pleasant interactive scenarios, it built a communication bridge to further strengthen the exchanges and connections between alumni, and between alumni and current students. At the same time, it also allowed current students to experience the warmth of the alumni association family in advance. The activity was held at a camping site by the Jinhai Lake. During the team-building process, everyone played finger-guessing games, hit balls, threw frisbees, and enjoyed barbecues together. They spent the autumn afternoon in a joyful atmosphere, which also enhanced mutual communication and friendship.

On the day of the activity, Beijing had a clear sky and bright sunshine. Early in the morning, the participating alumni and current students gathered at the Xueyuan South Road Campus one after another and took a RV together to the camping site for the team-building activity. Although the journey took a long time, the carriage was always filled with laughter and chatter.

After lunch, the long-awaited team-building activity officially kicked off. Under the patient guidance of professional camping instructors, the activity started with a warm-up interaction session. Everyone lined up to massage their partners to relieve the tiredness from the journey. The collective cheers instantly dispelled the afternoon drowsiness, and the small punishment of imitating catwalks made everyone laugh. The cheerful laughter echoed over the camping site.

After the warm-up session, the team-building competition officially began. According to the activity arrangement, everyone was divided into three teams: Pink Team, Yellow Team, and Blue Team as required. Members of each team quickly got into the state, gathered around to discuss warmly, and jointly designed their own team names, loud slogans, and unique appearance styles. In the subsequent team presentation session, each team showed full creativity and vitality. Some team names were powerful, some slogans were inspiring, and some appearance styles were novel and interesting, fully demonstrating the demeanor and cohesion of the Business School alumni and current students.

The competition after the presentation was divided into two rounds. The first round was an exciting ball-hitting battle. As soon as the competition started, members of each team quickly plunged into the game. In order to gain more points for their teams, everyone ran back and forth on the field, actively saving and hitting balls, and every move was full of strength and passion. Among them, Teacher Zhang Dian stood out with his excellent ball-hitting skills. He performed particularly brilliantly on the field, hitting accurate balls to score points many times and helping his team keep up with the score. Although his clothes were soaked with sweat, a happy smile always hung on his face.

Immediately after that, the second round - the frisbee-throwing battle - was held. Members of each team did their best: some focused on accurate throwing, while others tried their best to cheer for their teammates. Everyone worked together to strive for victory for their teams. In this round, alumnus Zhang Geng performed heroically. With his accurate judgment and skilled techniques, he successfully threw the frisbee to score points many times. Every wonderful performance won bursts of admiration and warm applause from the audience. Finally, after two rounds of fierce competition, the Pink Team stood out with its outstanding performance in the second round of the frisbee battle, winning by a large margin and taking the first place, bringing the rich prizes home. Other teams also gained happiness and friendship in the competition and sincerely congratulated the Pink Team.

As the sun set, the alumni and current students participating in the team-building activity held a camping barbecue. Everyone sat around the long table to share market conditions and investment hotspots, and chatted by the grill about barbecue skills and life experiences. The warm atmosphere melted the cold of late autumn in Beijing. Finally, everyone gathered around the warm campfire to end this team-building activity and embarked on the journey back together.

Amid the laughter of this Autumn Team-Building Activity, everyone not only narrowed the distance between hearts and enhanced friendship, but also truly felt the importance of teamwork through collaborative interactions, and the team cohesion quietly increased. More importantly, this activity made the emotional bond between alumni and current students, between alumni and alumni, and between alumni and their alma mater even closer, accumulating full energy for the future development of CUFE Business School. In the future, the Business School Branch of CUFE Alumni Association and the Business School Finance Club will continue to maintain close linkage, constantly innovate activity forms, and launch more informative and interesting activities. They will build a broader communication bridge and career development platform for alumni, and inject a steady stream of new vitality into the construction and development of CUFE Business School.
