Dangdang Digital Technology is a "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise in Beijing. Having deeply engaged in the fields of electronic archives and electronic invoices for many years, it has become a benchmark enterprise in this sector relying on its solid technical strength and rich industry experience. Mr. Li Kuitao, the founder of the company, is a leading figure in the industry. With over 12 years of experience in electronic invoices and electronic archives, he has been awarded the title of "National Archives Craftsman" by the National Archives Administration of China. He personally participated in and witnessed the birth of China's first electronic invoice, and has a profound understanding of the industry's development.
At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Li Kuitao led the visiting faculty, students and alumni to tour the exhibition hall of Dangdang Digital Technology, allowing everyone to gain an on-site understanding of the company's development history. In the exhibition hall, every exhibit reflects the growth of Dangdang Digital Technology and the development changes of China's electronic archives industry – from the simple office equipment used when the company was founded to the current industry-leading digital technology systems; from the precious documents recording the development history of electronic invoices to the dynamic display screens showing the application scenarios of electronic archives. Combining the exhibits, Mr. Li Kuitao told the story of the company's establishment and growth from scratch. He mentioned that during the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 20 core team members stayed in the company for half a year to overcome technical difficulties in electronic invoices. This story made everyone feel the perseverance and hardships of entrepreneurs, and also helped them form a more intuitive understanding of the development of the electronic archives industry.

After the exhibition hall tour, the face-to-face exchange session began. First, Mr. Li Kuitao interpreted the development context of China's electronic archives industry based on his personal experience and the company's development. He mentioned that in 2013, through cooperation with relevant institutions and after multiple rounds of technical debugging and process optimization, the company successfully issued China's first electronic invoice, marking the start of the digital transformation of the accounting archives industry. At the same time, he shared his experience of transitioning from a professional employee to an entrepreneur, emphasizing that entrepreneurship not only requires technical capabilities, but also a passion for the industry, the perseverance to persist, the courage to face challenges and the ability to seize opportunities. His sharing provided profound inspiration to all faculty, students and alumni present.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Xu, CTO of Dangdang Digital Technology, analyzed the industry situation from a professional technical perspective. He elaborated on the current technological development trends in the electronic archives field, noting that technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and cloud computing are deeply integrated into electronic archives management. For example, AI is used to realize automatic classification and retrieval of archives, and blockchain is applied to ensure the authenticity and security of electronic archives. These technological innovations have significantly improved the efficiency of archives management. Meanwhile, Mr. Wang Xu also demonstrated the core technical strength of Dangdang Digital Technology, including the independently developed electronic archives management system, more than 20 national patents owned by the company, and cases of serving over 100 government and enterprise clients.

The interactive exchange session was held in a lively atmosphere. The faculty, students and alumni present actively raised questions regarding issues such as the impact of electronic accounting archive projects on financial professionals. Mr. Wang Xu answered each question of concern one by one, using vivid cases to illustrate the future career development trends of financial personnel and the solutions to the compliance of enterprise electronic archives. Through the exchange, everyone gained knowledge and a better understanding of the market.
