On the morning of August 7, the cooperation agreement signing ceremony between CUFE Business School and Heilongjiang Provincial Business and Economic Research Center was held at the office area on Gexin Street of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce. With the theme of "jointly building a high-level research platform and think tank support mechanism, promoting the implementation of achievements through project-based operations, and creating a model for university-government collaborative development", the signing event gathers the innovative momentum of "government-industry-academia-research" integration and joins hands to open a new chapter of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation!
Vice Director Lu Xiangyu, on behalf of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, extended a warm welcome to Vice President Li Jianjun and his delegation, and expressed sincere congratulations on the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties. He pointed out that the current local commercial work is in urgent need of theoretical guidance, technological support and talent guarantee. As a "Double First-Class" university, CUFE has achieved fruitful results in policy consultation, think tank research and talent cultivation. This cooperation not only conforms to the national policy orientation, but also meets the needs of the development of the times. He emphasized that the two parties should carry out all-round cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research and social services, jointly build a high-level research platform and think tank support mechanism, promote the implementation of achievements through project-based operations, and create a model for university-government collaborative development.
Li Jianjun stated that the development and changes of Heilongjiang in recent years have been remarkable and achieved outstanding results. This signing is a milestone in university-government cooperation, a vivid practice of implementing national strategies and promoting the integration of government-industry-academia-research, and more importantly, demonstrates the determination of both parties to serve national strategies and support the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. As the main force of scientific and technological innovation and the main position of talent cultivation, universities need to actively integrate into the overall situation of local development. In the next step, CUFE will establish a special work mechanism, build a normalized communication mechanism with Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, write scientific research papers on the land of the motherland, transform innovative resources into development momentum, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
The signing ceremony was hosted by Zhang Tongtong, Deputy Director of Heilongjiang Provincial Business and Economic Research Center. Li Jianjun, Vice President of CUFE, and Lu Xiangyu, Vice Director of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Li Yuexin, Secretary of the Party Committee of CUFE Business School, and Chen Hongpeng, Director of Heilongjiang Provincial Business and Economic Research Center, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively.
