As a core funding channel in China’s basic research field, the approval results of the National Natural Science Foundation are important indicators to measure the academic strength and innovation capability of scientific research institutions. CUFE Business School has long placed the application and implementation of national science foundation projects at the core of its scientific research development. It has established a diversified support system including application kick-off meetings, experience-sharing sessions, and peer guidance. Experts are organized to provide full-process guidance for declared projects—covering topic selection, research design, and proposal writing—to improve the quality and success rate of applications.
At the same time, CUFE Business School continuously encourages teachers to apply for various scientific research projects based on disciplinary frontiers and national strategic needs, creating a favorable environment for scientific research innovation. With the mission of "contributing new management knowledge and cultivating leaders with a global perspective, innovative spirit, and sense of social responsibility", CUFE Business school actively supports teachers’ scientific research work. It regularly holds the "Excellent Academic Forum" to invite scholars at home and abroad to exchange cutting-edge ideas in management; launches academic exchange support programs to encourage teachers to communicate with peers on management theories and practical issues; and supports the development of "Double First-Class" discipline directions and various research institutions, enhancing research capabilities and disciplinary competitiveness through organized scientific research.
In the future, CUFE Business School will continue to strengthen its work in disciplinary construction, scientific research organization, academic exchanges, and project application. It will provide better scientific research support services for in-school teachers, promote the improvement of overall scientific research level and disciplinary competitiveness, and further enhance the school’s influence in the field of management research.
