Exploring Intelligent Marketing and Unlocking "Happy Consumption" – CUFE Business School Teachers and Students Visit Zdm.com Technology Co., Ltd.

In May 2024, CUFE Business School and Beijing Zdm.com Technology Co., Ltd. held a cooperation signing ceremony, marking the start of university-enterprise cooperation between the two parties. On July 4, 2024, over 30 teachers and students from the Business School visited Zdm.com Technology Group, launching the practical training activity during the Labor Practice Week.


On July 3, 2025, during the 2025 Summer Labor Practice Week of CUFE Business School, teachers and students of the school visited Beijing Zdm.com Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zdm.com Technology") for exchange. The visit was led by Gu Leilei (Vice Dean of the Business School), Gao Yongling (Director of the School-Enterprise Integration Project), Ling Ruobing (Teacher from the Marketing Department), and Qi Yu (Director of the Student Affairs Office), with more than 20 students participating. The visit included sessions such as a tour of the corporate exhibition hall, interpretation of the group’s development history and business, exchange and discussion on cutting-edge business, review of students’ phased achievements, and MOC building block interactive experience. It aimed to broaden horizons, help participants understand the frontiers of intelligent marketing, and promote the integration of industry and education.


At 14:00 p.m., the teachers and students arrived at the headquarters of Zdm.com Technology in Fengtai District. Wang Ying, VP of Strategic Channels, and Li Yawen, Project Operations of the Resource Bearing Department, extended a warm welcome to the visiting group. Guided by Feng Nan from the Government Affairs Department, the group visited the company’s modern office space and diverse employee service areas – from the corporate culture exhibition hall, to employee service areas such as the gym and community activity zone, and to the warm welfare covering "clothing, food, housing, and transportation". Every corner reflected Zdm.com Technology’s vibrant corporate culture and humanistic care.



Xu Diye, Head of the Marketing Department of Zdm.com Technology, introduced the company’s development history and business to the teachers and students. The students learned that Zdm.com Technology started from the personal blog of its founder Sui Guodong and successfully went public in 2019. It has always adhered to the mission of "making every consumption experience full of happiness" and takes "becoming the world’s most consumer-savvy technology company and creating a better world where everyone is happy because of consumption" as its corporate vision. Driven by "AI and content", Zdm.com Technology continuously injects innovative vitality into its development. It has built an AI agent named "Aunt Zhang" on its "smzdm.com" platform, which accurately connects consumers with high-quality products and enhances consumers’ happiness in consumption.



Zhao Junxue (also known as Teacher Yihe), Founder of Yihe Bolue, Co-Dean of the Consumer Industry Research Institute, and Chief Brand Marketing Expert, shared insights around the theme of "Brand Core Value Drives Enterprise Strategic Growth". Based on practical experience in brand building, he analyzed the five major paths of enterprise growth and the core logic of brand value. He pointed out that "building a brand is about creating meaning", and the core of a brand lies in a continuous and differentiated value commitment, which is not only for users but also related to the perception of employees, partners, and even the industry.



In the student achievement presentation session, two groups of students respectively presented their research results on camping economy and two-dimensional Guzi economy (Guzi refers to peripheral derivatives in the two-dimensional culture), and put forward insights based on market observations. Zhang Aichao, Vice President of Zdm.com Technology and Executive Dean of the Consumer Industry Research Institute; Zhao Junxue, Founder of Yihe Bolue, Co-Dean of the Consumer Industry Research Institute, and Chief Brand Marketing Expert; and Gu Leilei, Vice Dean of CUFE Business School, conducted in-depth reviews. The experts emphasized in their comments that it is necessary to better understand and gain insights into consumer behavior, and use AI technology and marketing strategies to help enterprises achieve the marketing value of "integrated brand and performance". The wonderful reviews inspired the students present to think deeply about the core value of brands and further deepened their understanding and application of relevant knowledge.



In the MOC building block challenge at the end of the activity, each group competed to build the tallest structure with blocks within a limited time. Through this interesting collaboration, they personally experienced the concept of "creating a pleasant consumption experience" and the spirit of team innovation advocated by Zdm.com Technology.



In the future, CUFE Business School will continue to promote in-depth cooperation with high-quality enterprises to help cultivate a new generation of finance and economics talents with a global perspective and innovative capabilities.
